AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE
We are entitled, on behalf of the service provider, to refuse any order placed by you. We do not guarantee to successfully allocate a service provider to every booking request. In the unlikely event that we are unable to allocate a provider to your booking request we will email you to advise you as soon as possible.
You confirm that the payment details you provide to us for the purpose of booking a service are correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the service.
You can make changes to your reservation on-line up to 24 hours before the pick-up or arrival time. After this period you must contact us to the email included in your booking confirmation.
Changes to your reservation must be submitted via the Edit Your Reservation section using your email and the ID included in your confirmation email.
Amendments or cancellation requests can not be made with the driver.
You will not be charged for cancellations if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer pick up time. In case you cancel in this period, we will only give back a 90% of the paid amount. (10% as cancellation cost and missing bookings).
You can cancel your reservation on-line or via email up to 24 hours before the pick-up or arrival time. After this period you must contact the service provider directly by calling the number provided in your booking confirmation email.
We will advise you as soon as possible to the e-mail address you have provided, if for any reason the service can not be provided and as a result your booking needs to be cancelled.
