WAITING TIME AND EMERGENCY CONTACT
The driver will wait at the airport pickup for a maximum of 60 minutes from the arrival of your flight. the waiting time for any other contracted services are 15 min from the time of collection established in your booking.
If you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number provided in the booking confirmation email to make contact with the driver.
If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and within 15 minutes for non-airport collections, the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered done and you accept to pay the full cost of the booked service.
Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to travel with excess baggage. This is to ensure that the vehicle provided can accommodate you. The passenger(s) shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared excess or oversized luggage.
